Madelynn Loo is a global business leader whose career has spanned technology, entertainment and some of the world’s fastest-moving digital businesses. Having lived and worked across Asia, Europe and the Middle East, she has built her career leading businesses and teams through growth, transformation and change. Today, Madelynn is Group CEO of La Royale Group, a Singapore-headquartered international investment holding group that builds and scales businesses across technology, entertainment and lifestyle, with operations spanning Europe and Asia. Prior to La Royale Group, she held senior leadership roles at TikTok and Uber, working across international markets and cultures. A firm believer in the power of ambitious women supporting one another, Madelynn is delighted to join Cash & Rocket and to share the experience with her co-pilot and colleague, Anastasiya Mitrohina.

Anastasiya Mitrohina is an HR executive whose life and career have been shaped by a truly international outlook. Born in Uzbekistan, she studied in Japan, lived in Africa, and has spent much of her life and career across different countries and cultures. For the past seven years, Anastasiya has worked as CHRO alongside entrepreneur Joan Beaufort, founder and Chairman of La Royale Group. Headquartered in Singapore, La Royale Group is an international investment holding group that builds and scales businesses across technology, entertainment and lifestyle, with operations spanning Europe and Asia.
