Erica Wertheim Zohar is a Miami and Los Angeles-based entrepreneur, consultant, author, philanthropist, and lifestyle journalist. Widely recognized for her expertise in luxury brands, marketing strategy, and advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), she has also been a dedicated member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) for over two decades, serving as Chapter Chair, Education Chair, and Forum Chair. In early 2025, she co-authored the book High Trust Worth, which introduces systems to measure and cultivate trust within business organizations. Most recently, following the passing of her mother, Nicole Wertheim, in April 2026, Zohar became a prominent public advocate for women’s recognition in philanthropy. Through highly discussed opinion pieces for the Los Angeles Times and her personal Substack, she introduced the concept of "institutional infidelity" to champion systemic equity and drive positive change in how universities and charity development offices value female donors. She shares her life with her husband of 30 years and her two children.
Eva Alexandridis is the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of 111SKIN, the globally recognised luxury skincare brand born from the surgical expertise of 111 Harley Street. Alongside her husband, renowned plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr. Yannis Alexandrides, Eva transformed a formula originally developed for post-surgical recovery into an international luxury skincare business, bringing together clinical science, innovation and exceptional experiences. With skin longevity at its core, 111SKIN has taken its science beyond skincare, introducing advanced treatment rituals into some of the world’s most renowned five-star hotels and destination spas. A recognised voice in beauty, luxury and entrepreneurship, Eva and her journey with 111SKIN have been featured in Newsweek, Vogue, Vanity Fair and WWD. Born in Bulgaria, Eva moved to the United States on a scholarship, where she studied International Business and E-commerce before building her career and family life in London. She is a mother of two boys and a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and philanthropy. As a Champion of Women for Women International, she supports women affected by war and conflict in rebuilding their lives, skills and independence.
